WHY WOULDN’T YA – PLAY IN THE MENS REC LEAGUE

We are excited to welcome back Mulvihill Insurance as the continued sponsor of our Men’s Recreational League and a valued corporate partner of Renfrew Golf Club.

Their ongoing support helps make this league one of the highlights of our season, and we are proud to continue this partnership as we look ahead to another fantastic year of golf.

Online registration for the Mulvihill Insurance Men’s Rec League is now open.

We still have space for a limited number of additional teams, and registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registering online helps us keep everything organized and running smoothly. Even if you plan to pay in person or by another method, we ask that all teams complete the online registration.

Season Details

League Start Date: Monday, May 4
22 play days, including the Rec League Finale on Saturday, September 26 at 9:30 AM (Shotgun Start).

This season we are welcoming several new teams, which means fresh competition and an exciting year ahead.

Registration

Team Registration: $500 per team

Teams that register early will have their previous tee times honored whenever possible.

RGC Member Walking: $12
Public League Player Walking: $20
RGC Member Riding: $23
Public League Player Riding: $31

We will continue to focus on maintaining a strong pace of play to ensure rounds remain enjoyable, efficient, and competitive for all teams.

Mulvihill Insurance will once again sponsor weekly Closest to the Hole prizes on each nine, adding an extra layer of competition throughout the season.

To cap off the year, they will also sponsor a Cash Hole-in-One Challenge during the Year-End Finale.

New this season, the 18th Hole Shootout will take place during the finale following the shotgun start and before lunch.

Bi-Weekly Beer Feature

Beginning in Week 1 and continuing throughout the season, teams can enjoy pitchers of beer at dinner on select weeks, keeping the league social and relaxed after play.
